It has some very good years and some very bad years. Overall it has lower risk justifying its purchase. During the previous two market drops, it went down less than its peers. Its long term performance rankings are very good. It is available at Fidelity as a no load no transaction fee fund. The minimum initial investment reuirement has been reduced to $2,500.
